Cuisinart Canada saw the opportunity for its website to better serve its customer base according to today’s evolving standards. They were eager to explore solutions that set a new standard with their customer at the center.

When approaching Cuisinart’s new digital experience, we knew that we first had to deeply understand each user and the many solutions they hoped to find when arriving at their homepage.

Designing an intricate user experience became the core of this project. We took a considered approach in researching typical habits of users, testing our initial assumptions, and ideating our designs accordingly. As a result, we enabled a user experience that we confidently felt met the evolving needs of Cuisinart and its users.
