The Ontario College of Teachers was keen to use narrative as an active force for their digital strategy in procuring a wider audience. We pitched that sharing stories of their award-winning teachers was a sure way to inspire undergraduate students to become teachers themselves. 

Although we can say most classrooms typically look the same, we learned very quickly that each teacher had unique philosophies and teaching styles, and no two stories were alike. 

This insight led us to believe there was more to uncover than the story that was presented for use to share. The why became much more important than the how.

And so, our approach became to tell the story outside of the classroom.
