A unique twist on South Asian comfort food, Grand Trunk Road is a delicious journey across the subcontinent inspired by the bold colours found at truck stops and shops across a winding highway.

Grand Trunk Road celebrates the foods one might find at a truck stop across South Asia, served in a way that creates a memorable and joyous experience.

We used bright colours and patterns akin to that one might find on the side of a truck driving up or down the real Grand Trunk Road, to evoke a bold and bright culinary experience.
